Our services
Migration advice and application services for Australia are provided by Arun Padmani, MARN 2418630, and the team working under his supervision. Education counselling and services for other countries are provided through our Ahmedabad office. Services for other countries are provided by our India team.

The Department of Home Affairs and other authorities decide applications. We cannot guarantee that an application will be approved or how long it will take.
Fees and payment
Our professional fees are provided to you in writing before work starts, and are separate from government charges, health examinations, translations and other third-party costs. Consultation fees are payable when you book. Money paid to us for work not yet done is held in the trust (client) account, in line with the Migration Agents Code of Conduct, until the related work has been undertaken. Your responsibilities
You agree to give us complete, accurate and current information and documents, to respond to requests promptly, and to tell us about any change in your circumstances. Giving false or misleading information can lead to refusal or cancellation of a visa.
Professional standards and complaints
Arun Padmani is bound by the Migration Agents Code of Conduct. If you have a complaint, please contact us first. You can also complain to the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA).
Using this website
Do not misuse the website, try to access areas that are not meant for you, or copy our content without permission. Staff and client portals are for authorised users only, and activity may be logged for security.
